Ben is a certified and experienced behaviorist and trainer has been working with dogs and humans since 2012. He started his career by completing the Master Trainer course at renowned Nation K9 Learning Center in Columbus, Ohio. Certification includes Advanced Obedience, Assistance Dog Training for the disabled, Scent Detection, Tacking and Trailing, Personal Protection Training and Kennel Management. Ben received his CPT and is an active member of the National K-9 Dog Trainers Association (NK9DTA).

From there, Ben started his own company BA Professional K9 Training. From starting in a warehouse garage, to now our Kennel and Training facility located on 5 acres in South Beloit, IL, with plans to expand in 2022-23. During this experience Ben has completed the Cesar Millan “Training Cesar’s Way Fundamentals 1 &2”. After completing the student programs, Ben was asked to participate as a volunteer and now currently a staff member at the fundamental courses in Santa Clarita at Cesar Millan’s Dog Psychology Center.

Along with mentorship and training from Cesar Millan, Ben has had the opportunity to work and train with some of the best minds in the business, including Linn Boyke. Ben completed an education program with Linn Boyke at BA K9 which has expanded his expertise in the dog psychology realm.

Ben has a genuine passion for helping humans and dogs have the best relationship possible. With his experience and knowledge, he helps hundreds, and thousands of dogs and owners transform their lives. With a strong emphasize on psychology and education, Ben spends every day helping others.
